Chrome Carbide Wear Plate for MR130 EVO Impact Crusher We are glad to introduce the our Chrome Carbide Wear Plate No.1 square side plate (250*250*20mm) for MR130 EVO impactor. We upgrade our Chrome Carbide material to make it more wear-resistant and harder.
Through above video, you will see the following advantages of our side plates:
1. Our plate has a surface thickness of 10mm, and is made of high chrome material with a hardness of up to 60 HRC, which is super wear-resistant and can last up to 3-4 times as long as Hardox 450, and 5 times as long as manganese steel. 2. We also made the precise threaded holes (M16) for this side plate, which is very easy to screw into the crusher body. 3. The back side is made from a normal alloy material which has great flatness and can fit into the crusher body very tightly.
In addition to No.1 side plate, we can also produce all the rest side plates for MR130 EVO crusher. Pls refer to the table below:
