We have precise machining on the fitting surface,so the blow bars can fit into the rotor very tightly. And we re-design the cutting edge's profile to make sure the thickness is precisely.

In this way,our RM100 blow bars' working sides will be maximized,to increase the lifespan.

We customized the hardest ceramic powder and high chrome chemical composition for our customer. Also,our special heat-treatment make sure the blow bars can work 20% longer than original yellow blow bars.
