To ensure superior fit and durability, our team applied precise machining across multiple key surfaces of the blow bar:

Tight rotor fit: The blow bar surface is precisely machined to ensure a secure and accurate fit within the rotor.

Enhanced key design: Each blow bar is produced with two raised high points on the key area to improve installation stability.

Precision bottom surface machining: The bottom surface of the blow bar is also meticulously machined to guarantee optimal alignment and performance during operation.

The product is made with martensitic ceramic material, providing excellent wear resistance, toughness, and long service life—ideal for demanding crushing applications.
