Sugar shredder wear parts-- Echo Machinery Echo Machinery would like to share with you our wear parts for sugar shredders. The vital part of the shredder is hammer body, which is mainly used for better preparations. We made replaceable block is extremelt abrasion resistant. Composite complex carbides in a metallic matrix, metallic boundry with MS backing plate, and the carbides having minimum 600-650 BHN, and contect carbides up to 1500HV. We also make the most costs effective hammer tips, which is fitted to the hammer body with the single bolt.
